| Cairo, the county seat of Grady
County, is located in southwest Georgia, about 230 miles
south of Atlanta, 35 miles north of Tallahassee, Florida,
and 75 miles east of Dothan, Alabama. Cairo is in the
heart of a diverse agricultural region. With a population
of about 10,000 friendly people, it is known as Georgia's
Hospitality City. The major highway serving Cairo is US 84, which is intersected in the area by numerous state highways. First United Methodist Church is about one mile south of US 84, at 318 S. Broad Street. Visitors are always welcome! |
