Serving in Christ

The service team provides opportunities fur us to learn our spiritual gifts and to use our gifts for ministry. The goal of this team is to help every member of the church find a meaningful place of service that best expresses his or her gifts and abilities. Service is reaching out into our community by loving our neighbor as we love ourselves.

Services helping to integrate faith and health are provided by the Health and Wholeness Ministry. These services include our Parish Nurse, Friendly Connectors and presentations by community members on related topics.
In connection with the New Mexico Conference and the General Board of Global Ministeries, the church offers the services of a Parish Nurse.	Friendly Connectors meet to support each other and to connect with members of the church and the community.

Complimentary issues of the Upper Room are being counted for the area Motels.
	The church provides quality child care to community children through the Mother's Day Out program. Every Tuesday and Thursday from 8:00-5:00.
The women of CrosStitchers provide lap robes to the residents of the are nursing home each year. Church members also take communion to the residents of the nursing home two Thursday's a month.
	The Mission Fair was planned so members could explore mission opportunies available.
