The Worship Committee would like to thank everyone who put flowers in church for Sunday Services throughout the year. The Flower Calendar for 2010 is now posted on the bulletin board in the narthex. Please sign up to provide flowers for our church for any Sunday that is available. These gifts of flowers help to beautify our sanctuary and can be given to remember a loved one, to celebrate a birthday or anniversary, or given simply for the joy and love of God. Your gift of flowers will be most appreciated as we worship God each Sunday in 2010. Thank you very much!

ANNUAL SOUTH COUNTY FAITH NETWORK PIE SALE COMING SOON!
The annual South County Faith Network Pie Sale is coming to Friendship Church on Saturday, November 21, 2010. The time is noon to 3:00 pm and the place is the Friendship Church Parking Lot (weather permitting) or in Fellowship Hall if it rains. We would like to encourage Friendship Church members to bake and donate a pie or two and then come and buy one to support the South County Faith Network. Our church actively supports the South County Network in its ministry of caring for the needs of low income elderly members of our community. All of your gifts stay right here in the area to provide ramps for disabled seniors, medical care and monitoring for those in need, and other social services. As we approach Thanksgiving, all of us have so much to be thankful for in our lives; let's show that thanks by baking and/or buying a pie on Saturday, November 21 at our church. Any questions? Please see Keith Ulrich or Pastor Don.

The Board of Trustees is pleased to announce that scholarship applications for 2010 are now available. You may pick up a coy of requirements and the application at the Church office, or it is available here.
