Bible Studies

Friendship United Methodist Church offers a variety of Bible study programs. In the past we have offered a Disciple Bible Study program that meets weekly for a period of more than 30 weeks, short-term Bible studies where specific books of the Bible are studied, and Lenten Bible studies where a book of the Bible or some other religious publication are studied during Lent. All are welcome to attend our Bible Study sessions. Please watch the bulletin and newsletter for announcements about these sessions.




Disciple III is being held on Thursday evenings. Anyone is welcome to attend. This is a 32-week course beginning September 10th and going until May. This class will be held on Thursday evenings from 7:15 until 9:00 pm. There will be breaks for Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's, and Easter. The material focuses on Wisdom Literature in the OT, and The Gospel of John and Revelation in the NT. Byron Brought and Brenda Page will be facilitating. Books are $30; please sign up today!
