Mission Statement of the Church
Empowered by the Holy
Spirit, the mission of the
First United Methodist Church of Frederick is to
make God's vision our vision; that vision includes
creating a loving, worshipful community which proclaims
Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior, challenges people
to live in a committed personal relationship with Him,
and nurtures them in the Christian faith, thereby
equipping them to be doers of the Gospel.
