Church Nursery

Infants and young children are an important part of the congregation of the First United Methodist Church.  We seek to provide effective ministries which enable these children to experience and participate in the faith community, to know and develop their Christian faith, and to become disciples of Jesus Christ.

Our nursery is staffed by a dedicated group of paid care givers.  Our church is committed to being a safe and holy place where children can grow in the faith.

Nursery hours on Sunday morning are 8:45 a.m. - 12:15 p.m. to accommodate the 9:00 a.m worship service, Sunday School hour and the 11:00 a.m. worship service.

Story teller, Peggy Johnson, shares a Bible story with the children at 10:30 a.m. each week.  Ann Spears is the Nursery Committee Chairperson.
