You are invited to visit Forest Park United Methodist Church. Forest Park UMC is a Christian congregation with a heart’s desire to make a difference in the community. The members actively support community ministries that reach out and help those who are hurting or in need in the surrounding community. They also support ministries around the world; we take serious the heritage of our church that calls us to look at the world as our parish. When flooding devastated South Georgia the United Methodist Church was there to make a difference; when the World Trade Center was attacked the United Methodist Church was one of the first groups on the scene to provide aid and assistance to those hurting. If people are hurting you can count on the United Methodist Church to be there in force to make a difference.
Forest Park United Methodist Church is a church for the people. It is a place where you and your children can learn about the one true Savior, Jesus Christ. It is a place where God’s children can grow in faith and in relationship with the living God.
Sunday School is available for all ages (9:45 am Sundays); our worship services are uplifting, but they also focus on providing practical guidance and direction that will help you grow in faith (11:00 am Sundays). We also offer Bible Studies and numerous opportunities to serve.
