We believe that each individual is of sacred worth. Therefore, we pledge ourselves to engage in the sacred hospitality and responsibility Christ taught. We commit ourselves to maintaining a place of safety and sanctuary for all who come together in ministry and mission: people of all races, ages, sexual orientations, family structures, economic situations, and mental or physical conditions. Through the grace of Christ we dedicate ourselves to live out these commitments creatively, humbly and with hope.

Welcome! I am so glad you have found your way to Fair Oaks United Methodist Church. We are a warm, welcoming, and open-minded Christian community, seeking to be faithful to the way of life that Jesus shows and teaches.

I believe that for every one of us, sustaining our relationship with God and learning how to apply our faith to the choices and actions of our everyday lives is challenging. I firmly believe that we need the support of Christian community in order to live our faith. When we gather in worship to praise God, when we study together, when we laugh and cry together, when we build the trust that allows us to share our joys and struggles honestly and openly - this is when God's spirit is best able to touch and transform our lives. We become the "village," raising one another's children in faith.

This is a community where we share the Christian journey in these ways. Will you join us?
