The Fork-Waugh United
Methodist Charge supports several missionaries abroad
and local outreach organizations. It also hosts
meetings of local community groups as a service.
Fork United Methodist Church supports missionary
families abroad:
- Nan McCurdy and Miguel Mairena in Nicaragua
Waugh United Methodist Church also supports Miguel Mairena in Nicaragua.
Both churches have contributed both personnel and monies for some of the Volunteers in Missions Program to lend aid to needy countries and areas in need due to disasters.

The congregation also supplies personnel to help staff the Manna House
and the Helping Hands Pantry on a regular basis. We also support Suzanne
Porter doing health related ministries in Central Asia.

Sugar is needed: we would appreciate any size bags of sugar for use in the Soup Kitchen. We use approximatly 25 pounds each week.

Also needed: Alumium foil, towels & washcloths (in good condition), sandwich bags, coffee, men's clothing

cereal, pancake mix, syrup, jelly, peanut butter, dry and/or canned soups, bakes beans, canned vegetables, macaroni & cheese, tomato sauce, coffee, hot cocoa and/or tea
