The above calendars of scripture passages are provided to facilitate the friends of Floris in reading the entire bible in 365 days. A passage from the Old Testament, New Testament, Psalms, and book of Proverbs is listed to provide variety and freshness to your daily reading. May each day of reading enrich your spiritual journey as you enjoy small sections of God's word along with many of your friends at Floris!!!Note: this set of readings comes from "The One Year Bible," published by World Bible Publishers, Inc. which lists these readings sequentially and is available in several translations (NRSV, NASB, KJV, NIV, and Living Bible). Contact the church office if you would like to order a copy of this bible (paperback version $15 and hardcover $25, prices may be less if a large number of people are interested in ordering.) These readings may be done in two years by reading the Old Testament and Proverbs selections the first year and the New Testament and Psalms selections the following year. Or you may come up with your own scheme that fits with your study patterns and needs.
