complete.  We will be returning to the church on Sunday, June 29 at approximately 3:00 pm. 

                 Creation Festival is an awesome event with a lot to offer.  There are awesome speakers, fun times camping together, great food, and every Christian band that you could want to see.  I will be scheduling a date to discuss food and items needed in the near future.  I will contact everyone with the information.

                 The school year is quickly coming to a close and that means summer vacation!!!  It’s hard to believe another school year has come and gone.  Time away from school opens up the schedule, but there are activities and vacations in the mix.  Let’s make sure we mark our calendars with what is coming up in our June Youth Fellowship schedule so you don’t miss anything.

                 Creation Festival 2008 will be here before we know

it.  As I write this, we are still a few tickets short of a group order.  We are also looking for several more chaperones to help with the trip (Our family will probably be in the process of moving during the week of Creation.).  If you are interested in helping or attending, please contact me ASAP. 

                 We will meet at 8:00 am in the church parking lot on Wednesday, June 25 to load our gear, and leave as soon as possible after loading is

Urban Outreach Training

                 The Priority 1 Ministries Urban Outreach mission trip to the Bronx, NY is scheduled for Sunday, July 27—Friday, August 1.  Bonnie and Erin from Priority 1 will be leading a training session for our Youth Fellowship team on Sunday, June 1 at 5:15 pm in the youth

room.  We will also be having our youth dinner at 4:30 pm if you would like to eat before the training session.

                 Following the training provided by Priority 1, we will continue to meet together as a team.  We will have at least one

of these First Church team meetings/ training sessions in June.  Team members will be contacted with this information ASAP.  We will wait until school is out so we have more flexibility with scheduling dates.  

                

Creation Festival Information:

· This is a camping Event.  Each person will need a sleeping bag, pillow, breakfast foods, toiletries, shower necessities, etc.  A complete list for the event will be distributed at our planning meeting.
