One of the main activities is the Family Night Supper which is held each Wednesday evening. This is a time for enjoying fellowship with families, friends, and an opportunity to get to know new members.
The menu for the suppers rotates between tasty selections catered by local restaurants and covered dish suppers where we get to try many special dishes provided by the members. The covered dish suppers are on the first and third Wednesdays of the month.
In addition to the covered dishes brought by church members, we provide fried chicken on the third Wednesday for $1 per person. The fee for Family Night Supper on catered nights (second and fourth Wednesdays) is $5 per adult, $4.50 per senior, $3 per youth, $2 per child, or $14 per family.
Some of the other activities sponsored by Family Ministries include couples retreats and get-togethers, a Church Family Day at Homeland Heritage Park, a church-wide Talent Show and other activities throughout the year.
