NEWS FROM FIRST UNITED METHODIST CHURCH, KIRKSVILLE
June 4, 2008
DEVOTION FROM REV. JIM
WOW! We were impressed, and overwhelmed by the outpouring of love and support, kindness and generosity extended at our Retirement Reception! Thank you, thank you, thank you, you continue to be a great family of the people of Christ with whom I am well pleased—it is a bittersweet time as we finalize our ministry here. We will forever cherish the memories that will give us joy and strength in our retirement years. I also will be claiming in faith a strong future for the people of First UMC during the Northcutt years.
We'll be at Annual Conference on Sunday; I know you will come and show your love and support for Lynae!
See ya' for Father's Day!
Love in Christ
Rev. Jim
