Church History The first Methodist meetings in the area were held at Mounts Corner (West Freehold) in 1831. The first church building was erected and dedicated in 1834. The present building was dedicated on April 25, 1885. More history coming soon ... Actually, there's always more history coming soon. But we'll see if we can get some church history that's been 'aged' a little.
