Sunday School Superintendents

In Closing

Earliest documentation of Sunday School superintendents indicates that James Terry, father of a Mrs. York, was the first, serving possibly one year. He was followed in 1884 by J.M. Neal.

W.C. Streety was elected in 1885, and served continuously until 1924, when he was made Superintendent Emeritus. He was followed by faithful, dedicated, and hard-working others who have dedicated their efforts for ever-improving and expanding Sunday School programs designed to meet the needs of every congregation.
