November and December are busy months as we move to Thanksgiving and then the season of Advent.

~Once again this year we are planning to have an entry in the Parade of Lights on November 28.  If you would like to help, contact Rev. Sivers.

~On December 5 we will present the Living Nativity at the eastern end of Market Street for Sparkle.  Sign up sheets will be available soon.  Let’s get all the slots filled this year.  All it takes is 15 minutes of your time portraying one of the Biblical characters at the birth of Jesus.

Looking to 2010

Free Suppers Next year we hope to start serving a once-a-month free supper to anyone in the community that needs a free meal.  They will be served out of Cheney Lounge the last Saturday of each month.  This is a new service project that we are excited about offering to the community.  We could use your help.

Alternative Worship Starting on Saturday, January 16, we will be offering an alternative worship service.  With special lighting, music, projections and skits, the services will offer a different form of worship.  The service will be about 30 minutes in length and will start at 5:30 PM.
