In an attempt to improve the registration process, we tried something
new last fall that seemed to work well. We were able to speed things
up somewhat by working two registration lines simultaneously.
We will work the registration this way from now on.
After receiving feedback from sellers about our check-in process,
we will strive to do a better job educating all sellers and workers on
how to determine what is acceptable and what is not. We are committed
to improving this process and are working to improve our consistency.

Phone registrations following the seller
registration date have become very time consuming.
We will NOT be taking seller registrations over the phone.
If you want to be a seller in the Spring/Summer Sale,
you need to come to the seller registration occuring on
Thursday, February 7th, 6:00 - 8:00pm.
IF there are seller numbers left and you miss February 7th,
you may come to the church on Tuesday, February 12th, 6:00 - 7:00pm.
We plan to do this on Tuesdays following the Thursday registration date for each sale.
Please spread the word!
Each seller (or someone you know) must volunteer for at least 1 shift during the sale.

Each seller must sign-up for the work shift during registration.
$5.00 fee required at time of registration.
One seller number allowed per person.
We do not allow sellers to register by phone
prior to the public registration date.
Due to our limited space, we are forced to put a maximum
on the number of sellers we can register for each sale.
For this reason, only one seller number can be obtained
by an individual on registration day. We cannot allow a
person to obtain a seller number for a friend that could
not make it to registration.
If the maximum number of seller numbers is not reached on
registration day, individuals may call and receive a number
between registration day and the actual sale date.
Please note: There is a 125 maximum number of items allowed per seller.
