Middle School and Senior High UMYF
Fellowship, games, and programs for youth in grades 6-12. We invite you to join us and look forward to seeing you there!
Wednesday evening meetings are at 7:02 pm. Evening activities vary but include Worship, Evangelism, Teaching, Fellowship, and
Ministry.
Middle school and sr. high Bible study takes place on Sunday evenings at 6:34 pm in the Youth Lounge.
In this small group setting youth consider relevant issues in living for Jesus Christ.
Youth Handbells
This ministry offers the techniques of ringing bells for youth in grades 6-12. Many of the youth who participate in this choir then progress to the Adult Handbell Choir.
These choirs rehearse Wednesday evenings.
Confirmation
Confirmation is the beginning of a process of learning more about the church and considering the possibility of full membership in the United Methodist Church and Forrest
Burdette. Each youth works with a mentor for the 14-week class.
