THE POWER OF PRAYER We strongly believe in the power of prayer to heal and to change lives. Our prayer time is an important part of every worship service. PRAYER CHAINS Many of our members are involved in one of the two telephone prayer chains. To add a prayer request to the prayer chain, simply contact the church office. You may give as little or much information regarding a situation as you feel comfortable. All of our prayer warriors keep requests confidential. BULLETIN PRAYER LIST There is a weekly prayer list printed in the bulletin. To add a name to the list, please contact the church office. PRAYER BEAR MINISTRY Bears are donated and sit on “their pew” during worship on Sundays. They “absorb” worship and the prayers of the people and go out to others as a warm reminder of God’s love and care and presence. Prayer Bears are taken by the pastor to visit our sick and shut-ins and those going through a difficult time. Bears are also available to be picked up, so that members of the church can bless their friends and relatives with a Prayer Bear.
