We have an exercise class, led by Ann Johnson, that meets three days a week in
the Fellowship Hall for a low-impact workout. The workout may be light, but it's just right, and the
fellowship provides an extra boost for the heart. Should you require additional

For a bit more challenge, try to keep up with our line dance group. Sue Lloyd leads this
group in all of the latest dances. These folks can "Macarena" so well that they
take their show on the road. Fitness and fellowship result from our exercise ministries.
