What is Lent? The season of Lent comes from an old Teutonic word lencthen which was their word for Spring, that season of the year when the days were lengthening. As Lent generally comes, at least in part, during the Spring of the year, it is an appropriate name. more

CONFIRMATION CLASSES TO BEGIN For youth grades 6 and up, Confirmation Classes will begin on Sunday March 4 with a meeting for parents and youth at 2:30 p.m. Classes will continue each Sunday from 2:30-4:00 pm through the end of May. Confirmation teaches young people about God, faith, the Bible, the Church, and what it means to be a member of the church. Interested youth should contact Pastor Phaneuf as soon as possible.
