Scholarships for graduating high school seniors, as well as for college and graduate students, are available therought he legacies of the VanHorn and Hopwood estates.  Applicants must be active members of Trinity United Methodist Church.  If you are applying for the first time, please obtain an application form the church office.  If you are re-applying for scholarship aid, please write a letter to the Scholarship committee in which you detail your activities of the past year.  Include courses studied, special activities pursued, and your goals for the future.  Applications and letters, along with a complete transcript of your grades to date, must be in the church office by June 1st. 

No late applications will be accepted.

 

 

The Pastor's Class meets every Tuesday evening at 7:30 pm.  The topic is "From Jesus to Constantine: The Early Church." All are welcome".

 

 

The 21st Annual United Methodist Night with the Phillies is Saturday, July 26th.  The Phillies will play the Atlanta Braves.  Game time is 3:55 p.m.  Tickets are $28 (Field level); $22 (Terrace Deck), $24 (Pavilion) and $20 (Pavilion Deck).  Interested?  Contact the church office.  Up to $5 from each ticket sold will benefit Conference UMM Ministries.  Seats go fast!

 

Help Wanted

Do you have an hour to spare once a week?

Well our church gardens are calling your name!

We are looking for volunteers to help! If you have the time, please just come on by. Our weeds will be worried, but our flowers will be very grateful!!  Thank You so Much!

 

The Camden Riversharks will hold Faith and Family Night on Saturday, May 10th.  Gates open at 4 p.m.; game begins at 5:05 p.m.  Ticket price includes the ball game, hot dog meal, Christian bands and fireworks.  Adult tickets are $12; children's tickets are $10.  Order information is available in the church office.

Crocheting & Knitting Club

Meets every Wednesday night in conference room.
