Driving Directions

From the East (e.g., Columbus, OH):

Proceed west on Interstate 70 past the interchanges for Interstate 75 and for the Dayton International Airport.  Exit at the interchange for Englewood and State Route 48.  Turn right on North Main Street (State Route 48).

Continue north approximately one mile to the traffic-light intersection where National Road (U.S. Route 40) turns west.  Continue north through that intersection one block to Jefferson Street.  Turn left (west) on Jefferson Street and proceed one block to North Walnut Street.  Englewood UMC will be to your right, occupying the block of North Walnut Street between Jefferson Street and Herr Street.

From the West (e.g., Indianapolis, IA):

Proceed east on Interstate 70 past the interchanges for State Route 49 north (Clayton, Phillipsburg, Arcanum, Greenville).  Exit at the interchange for Englewood and State Route 48.  Turn left (north) on Main Street (State Route 48), and follow the directions in the second paragraph of "From the East" above.

From the North (e.g., Toledo, OH):

Proceed south on Interstate 75, and exit to Interstate 70 west (toward Indianapolis).  Follow the directions in "From the East" above.

From the South (e.g., Dayton and Cincinnati, OH):

Proceed north on Interstate 75 past the Benchwood/Wyse Roads exit, and exit to Interstate 70 west (toward Indianapolis).  Follow the directions in "From the East" above.

Surface Street from Dayton, OH:

Proceed north on North Main Street approximately six miles from downtown Dayton.  Cross under Interstate 70.  Follow the directions in the second paragraph of "From the East" above.

    OR

Proceed northwest on Salem Avenue past Shiloh Springs Road, the terminus of the U.S. Route 35 connector, and Olive Road.  Turn right on Union Road, and proceed north about three miles into Englewood.  Turn right (east) on National Road (U.S. Route 40).  Proceed east about a quarter mile, and turn left (north) on Beckenham Road (there is a National City Bank on the corner).  Proceed one block, and turn right (east) on Jefferson Street.  Proceed one block to the church, and turn left into the church parking lot.
