Epworth Center is located in the scenic hills of southeastern Ohio not far from St. Clairsville, OH and Wheeling, WV.  Adjacent to the Chautauqua setting of Epworth Park and its pristine cottages as well as Bethesda's beautiful lake and community park, Epworth Center makes an excellent place for retreat and relaxation.

Epworth Center's main focus is the SOWER Work Mission Program.  The Northern Appalachian area surrounding Epworth has faced much economic upheaval in the last decades leaving many area residents without means to keep their homes in good condition.  The SOWER Work Mission Program provides disabled, elderly and low-income homeowners with those needed home repairs.
