Mix together: forty kids and parents from Grant Elementary School, ten students, parents and faculty from Jason Lee Middle School, ten students from the University of Puget Sound, and a few dozen friends, neighbors and ELUMC members.

Add: a couple hundred huge white plastic bags, a hundred pairs of gloves, dozens of orange vests.
