This series gives an exciting look at biblical archeological discoveries. The videos show the sometimes controversial work of scholars, archeologists, and religious leaders as they work to interpret the findings.

.1 THE DEAD SEA SCROLLS- Video One shows attempts to solve the mystery of what has been hailed as the most important discovery of the 20th century. Archeologists and theologians seek to find out who hid the scrolls, why they were hidden and their value for Scripture study today.

.2 MARINE ARCHEOLOGY: TEL HAZOR AND SEARCHING FOR BIBLICAL PROOFS- Video Two has two parts. Part one, Marine Archeology, takes the viewer to underwater archeological sites off the shores of ancient Canaan to witness artifacts that have been preserved by water for over 1000 years. Part Two, Tel Hazor, takes us to the largest Biblical archeological site, containing artifacts that date back to the Bronze Age. Royal archives uncovered here may revolutionize our understanding of the Israelites' conquest of Canaan.

.3 THE ANCIENT TUNNELS OF JERUSALEM AND THE MYSTERIOUS MOSAIC OF GALILEE- In The Ancient Tunnels of Jerusalem the viewer travels underneath Jerusalem to subterranean tunnels, some of which are yet to be explored. Follow the footsteps of David, Solomon, Zedekiah, and Hezekiah as Biblical history is explored beneath the surface of contemporary Jerusalem. In The Mysterious Mosaic of Galilee we see a beautiful mosaic of a woman's face at an archeological dig in an ancient city near Nazareth. The fascinating mosaic leads to new questions concerning the life of early Christians, Jews, and Pagans.

The video series shows the Holy Land as a place of rare and rugged beauty. It is home to many different life forms. Beautiful photography enhances the viewer's journey to the Jordan River, the desert, and the ancient Sea Road.

.1 JORDAN, THE RIVER OF LIFE- The Jordan River flows from the slopes of Mt. Hermon to the Dead Sea. The video shows the wild life of the river and historical events that have endangered its survival.

.2 THE CROWDED DESERT- About three-fourths of the Holy Land is desert, but it is filled with wild life which live in a complex and rugged eco-system. The delicate balance is being affected by increased human presence and tourism.

.3 ALONG THE SEA ROAD- The Sea Road, which runs along the Mediterranean coast and up into the northern forest of the Holy Land, has been in use for hundreds of years. The area has had continuous habitation; yet, there is still wildlife flourishing there.

A very fascinating presentation of the history of revisions of the Bible. The video shows the problems and personal attacks endured by Biblical translators. There is special emphasis on the translation called The Revised Standard Version. Some later versions are also discussed.

The video presents an intriguing computer-generated, three-dimensional walk-through of the ancient tabernacle. The viewer will marvel at the stark contrast between the bronze-covered altar, with its implications of death, and the exquisite golden Lampstand, showing the way to life and forgiveness.
