New Directory - We are in the process of preparing a new directory. A draft copy of the directory is in the narthex.
Please take a moment to stop and review the information we have for you and your family. Please pen and ink any changes/corrections required.
If your information is correct, please put a checkmark (v) next to it so we know you have reviewed it. Thanks for your help.
Advent Worship Series -- Join us in worship for our journey toward Christmas with a four week sermon series: “Opening Doors in Advent”.
Each time we open a door, we have the opportunity to look through and choose whether or not we'd like to venture over the threshold.
Sometimes what we observe is inside, and sometimes what we observe is outside. As we move through this series, we'll have opportunities
to explore what Hope, Peace, Joy and Love look like in our own lives, and how we might be Christ's instruments to open the door for
each to enter this world. First Sunday of Advent is November 29th.
Angel Tree Program - Once again this year, we will be participating in the Angel Tree Program. The tree with the gift needs will be up on November 29.
Gifts are due back to the church by December 13. Wrapping will be on December 16 or 17; and delivery will be December 19. We are also collecting
individually wrapped snacks for the snack baskets which will go to the children at Grassroots. This will allow them to have snacks after school
and/or in their lunches.
Good Time Walk - The Outreach Committee would like to thank you for your overwhelming support of the Good Time Walk. A total of $755 was raised.
These funds will go to the general fund in support of Emory's budget.
