Now offering two distinct Sunday evening fellowship groups for Middle School and Senior High youth!
MYSPACE (Methodist Youth Space) is the weekly group for 6th-8th grade youth and their friends. All teens love going to the movies, so MYSPACE uses these blockbuster hits as the basis for each week’s Bible study. Check the latest edition of the youth newsletter to see what’s playing this month. MYSPACE meets 5:00-6:30 p.m.
HANDS4HIM is our new community service based Senior High fellowship program. Each month the 9th-12th grade youth brainstorm, research, plan and carry out a community service project that benefits our local community. Since beginning the program in November 2008, HANDS4HIM has helped church shut-ins with minor home projects, hosted a Christmas party for the children at Sojourner’s Shelter, and painted a room at the shelter. HANDS4HIM meets 6:00-7:30 p.m.
In addition to the weekly study programs, there is dinner for all youth and free time to play ping pong, air hockey, board games, or just hang out with friends in a safe, Christian environment, 6:00-6:30 p.m.
