Elizabeth Memorial is blessed with a wonderful group of volunteers that help each week with our worship services.
Greeters and both the 9:00 a.m. and 11:00 a.m. worship services are the first to welcome folks to our church.
Our Ushers provide bulletins at the 11:00 a.m. service and take up the offering at both worship services.
Before Sunday morning even rolls around, we have a hard working Altar Guild Team that makes sure our altar area is clean and set up for worship the following morning. This includes setting up the floral arrangements each week and making sure our candles are in working order. They also adorn the Altar for special occasions such as World Communion Sunday and Advent.
There is also a group of A/V volunteers who work the video and sound equipment at the 9:00 a.m. worship service. Under the guidance of Chad and Libby Jo Salyers, the crew of mostly youth make sure the power point presentation is up and running and the video cameras are capturing every moment of worship for our shut-in DVD ministry, as well as making sure all the mics are working properly.
