Calling all K-5th grade youth: AAARRRR you ready for a SWASH-BUCKLING good time at JUMP for Youth this school year?! Then grab your TREASURE MAPS or prepare to WALK THE PLANK as we get ready to set sail on a Biblical Pirate Adventure at “X MARKS THE SPOT: DIGGING FOR BIBLE TREASURES” starting Sunday, Sept. 28th, 5:00-6:00 p.m.
JUMP for Youth (Junior United Methodist Programming for Youth) is the monthly youth fellowship group for our K-5th grade children (friends welcome!). It meets the last Sunday of the month unless otherwise publicized. There is also a Halloween Party in October and Easter Egg Hunt and Party in the spring for all children, infant – 5th grade. In May children who have attended at least three of the five Bible study themed parties are invited to an end-of-year pizza party at a local fun spot. The program is conducted by parent volunteers using materials provided by the Director of Youth Ministries. The parent volunteers have helped make this program a huge success over the past 15 years!
Other parties this school year include: Oct. 26th (Halloween Party), Nov. 23rd, Jan. 25th, Feb. 22nd, March 29th, and April 5th (Easter Egg Hunt).
