United Methodist Women
Purpose: The organized unit of
United Methodist Women
shall be a community of women whose purpose is to know God
and to experience freedom as whole persons through Jesus Christ,
to develop a creative, supportive fellowship, and to expand concepts of mission
through participation in the Global Ministries of the church.
The UMW have many outreach
programs including serving
funeral dinners and other special meals. They support youth
programs and missions and operate the Rummage Room
and support the Otto-Eldred Food Mission.
New members are always welcome and the
group does its
best to make them as active as they desire to be.

"Christian women
promoting God's Word"
Circle Four
consists of approximately 15 older
women with a desire to use the
Word of God to teach and
reach out through missions, both
locally and globally. Meetings
are the 3rd Tuesday of the month
at 1:30 PM consisting of devotions,
a short business meeting and a
light dessert. They always welcome
new
members and ideas. |

Circle One
is a group of women that meet
on the 4th Monday of the month
at 7 PM for an evening of sharing
with an emphasis on prayer and
Bible Study followed by a time
of fellowship. Activities include a
prayer line, talent basket,
retreats and fundraisers
for specific missions.
All women are invited. |
