Mission: The organized unit of the United Methodist Women shall be a community of women whose PURPOSE is to know God and to experience freedom as whole persons through Jesus Christ; to develop creative, supportive fellowship; and to expand concepts of mission through participation in the global ministries of the church. The Edom UMW meet the first Thursday of each month September thru May at 10:00 am in Terry Fellowship Hall at Edom UMC. The purpose of UMW is to learn more about the opportunities for service in the area and to support missions, both home and abroad.The members pray for missionaries and for church members every month. Other activities include reading from the approved reading lists for social action, education for mission, spiritual growth and nurturing for community. This year’s theme is “Building Peace, Piece by Piece.”

Edom United Methodist Church Men
PURPOSE AND SCOPE: The United Methodist Men was formed as a Christian Fellowship organization gathering to break bread and enjoy fellowship and programs of interest. The mission of the organization is to help first those individuals of groups in need in our local community and surrounding areas. Regular Meeting: 2nd Wednesday of each month 6:30 P.M. in Terry Hall

United Methodist Youth Fellowship UMYF meets every Sunday At 5:00 P.M. Edom Choir The Choir practices 4th Wednesdays at 6:00 P.M.. Special rehearsals are announced. If you are interested please contact the church.
