Annual Celebration
Gather at the Table
October 9 - 10, 2009

Registrations must be postmarked by September 30.
Bring your children to the Annual
Celebration!
The registration
form includes an area to register your children for a children’s session
with movie, study, craft, and pizza lunch (kindergarten through age 12) or
the celebration
with snack and lunch (age 13 and older).
Remember the needy!
Bring these items to the Annual
Celebration: paper products (tissues, toilet paper, paper towels),
personal
care items (shampoo, deodorant, toothpaste, toothbrushes, alcohol-free mouthwash,
tampons,
sanitary pads, diapers), cleaning supplies, etc. These items, which cannot be
purchased
with food stamps, will be sorted and evenly distributed to the districts before
departure. The items will be taken to a shelter within each district.

Friday night to learn why racial justice is so important.

Attend
Saturday’s gathering to hear how poverty affects so many
of God’s children and how you can help.

Learn
more about East Ohio United Methodist Women as the team
conducts any necessary business.

Experience
the fellowship of your East Ohio sisters.
§
Consider
providing childcare for another woman who might benefit
from the weekend if you do not like to sleep in a
strange bed or travel
long distances.
