Photos from Sarah's mission trip to Ethiopia are online!

Here are a few pictures of daily life in Ethiopia. Ethiopians work hard, non-stop for survival. The yellow plastic jugs you see are water that is typically carried by young girls, strapped to their backs, from rivers or lakes, or gutters (I saw a paving stone in the city sidewalk pushed aside to access the water drainage under the street). The buildings are homes. The livestock in the roads is the norm. The children are happy. I felt guilty for the comforts I take for granted. There is an entire country, perhaps an entire continent that lives in a way in which we cannot comprehend and do not appreciate enough. Yet, they are a Christian people, and are devoted to their church. Visits like this are humbling. Thank you for supporting this country with your Bible School collection.
