Alcoholics Anonymous
Alcoholics Anonymous® is a fellowship of men and women
who share their experience, strength and hope with each other
that they may solve their common problem and help others
to recover from alcoholism. The only requirement for membership
is a desire to stop drinking. There are no dues or fees required
for membership; AA is self-supporting through members’ own
contributions. AA is not allied with any sect, denomination,
politics, organization or institution; does not wish to engage
in any controversy, neither endorses nor opposes any causes.
The group’s primary purpose is to stay sober and help
other alcoholics to achieve sobriety.

The Al-Anon Family Groups are a fellowship of relatives
and friends of alcoholics who share their experience, strength,
and hope in order to solve their common problems. They believe
alcoholism is a family illness and that changed attitudes
can aid recovery. Al-Anon is not allied with any sect, denomination,
political entity, organization, or institution; does not
engage in any controversy; neither endorses nor opposes any
cause. There are no dues for membership. Al-Anon is self-supporting
through its own voluntary contributions. Al-Anon has but
one purpose: to help families of alcoholics. The group seeks
to accomplish this by practicing the Twelve Steps, by welcoming
and giving comfort to families of alcoholics, and by giving
understanding and encouragement to the alcoholic.
Weight Watchers
Contact: Weight Watchers, 602-248-0303
Weight Watchers has always believed that dieting is just
one part of long-term weight management. A healthy body results
from a healthy lifestyle - which means mental, emotional
and physical health. Weight Watchers does not tell you what
you can or can't eat. The organization provides information,
knowledge, tools and motivation to help members make the
decisions that are right for them about nutrition and exercise.
It helps members to make healthy eating decisions, and encourages
them to enjoy themselves by becoming more active. To provide
motivation, mutual support, encouragement and instruction
from our leaders, Weight Watchers organizes group meetings
around the world. Meetings members often become meetings
leaders and receptionists, sharing the story of their personal
success with others. For more information see www.weightwatchers.com/arizona
