- Crime
Survivor Support Groups, free of cost to victims, offer a safe, supportive
place where victims of crime may find understanding and help through
sharing their tragedies, triumphs, hurts, and healing with one
another.

Speakers
and Education on Victim's Issues
- This
includes topics such as Stages of Recovery, Post-Traumatic Stress
Disorder, Grief Issues, Child Abuse, Battering, and Dealing with the
Criminal Justice System.

Annual
Victim Memorial Service
- This
moving, non-denominational service, hosted by various churches in the
Atlanta Area, is dedicated to the families and friends of those who have
died by homicide or DUI crashes.

Pastoral
Care Division
- The
Crime Victims Advocacy Council has a Pastoral Care Division, which offers
pastoral care, Bible studies, healing services, death notification,
funeral assistance and an annual memorial service. A Chaplain and seminary
interns are available free of charge for those who are experiencing a
crisis of faith or spiritual issues as a result of a violent or serious
crime.
