Speakers and Education on Victim's Issues

This includes topics such as Stages of Recovery, Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder, Grief Issues, Child Abuse, Battering, and Dealing with the Criminal Justice System.

Annual Victim Memorial Service

This moving, non-denominational service, hosted by various churches in the Atlanta Area, is dedicated to the families and friends of those who have died by homicide or DUI crashes.

Pastoral Care Division

The Crime Victims Advocacy Council has a Pastoral Care Division, which offers pastoral care, Bible studies, healing services, death notification, funeral assistance and an annual memorial service. A Chaplain and seminary interns are available free of charge for those who are experiencing a crisis of faith or spiritual issues as a result of a violent or serious crime.
