Centenary United Methodist Church

After the Downtown Tunnel continue West on I-264, Exiting at the Frederick Boulevard - US-17 North Exit.  After about 1.5 miles Frederick Blvd. will "T" into High Street, with US 17 North turning left onto High Street.  Continue on High Street / US-17 North past Maryview Hospital, the Churchland Bridge, and then Turn Right at the stoplight at the Cedar lane intersection.  Centenary is on the left about a quarter mile past the intersection.
 

Method 1 - uses US-17 High Street:
After entering Portsmouth through the Midtown Tunnel continue on Martin Luther King Freeway until exiting at the second exit after the tunnel marked US-58 west.  Turn right at the top of the ramp (no choice) and continue on US-58 West - London Boulevard.  Select the right most lane on this 3-laned road as you will want to turn right on High Street immediately after the road makes a 90 degree left turn.  Continue on High Street / US-17 North past Maryview Hospital, the Churchland Bridge, and then Turn Right at the stoplight at the Cedar lane intersection.  Centenary is on the left about a quarter mile past the intersection.

Method 2 - uses Rt-164:
After entering Portsmouth through the Midtown Tunnel, take the first exit (To Rt 164 - Churchland - Wesley Street).  Continue 2-3 blocks on Wesley turning right on Chautauqua at the traffic light.  Chautauqua will turn left at the waterfront and become Rt-164 at the bridge.  Go over the bridge and continue on Rt 164 West, Exiting at the Cedar Lane South exit.  Stay on Cedar Lane South and Centenary will be on the Right in about one mile.
 

Follow US-58 and US-460 East to the Intersection with I-664 North at Bowers Hill.  Follow I-664 North and Exit at the 164 East - Portsmouth exit.  This exit ramp splits with 164 on the left of the two exit lanes.  Stay on 164 East and exit on the Cedar Lane South Exit.  Stay on Cedar Lane South and Centenary will be on the Right in about one mile.
 

Head South Across the Monitor-Merrimac Bridge Tunnel (I-664).  About 2 miles after the bridge follow the exit for 164 East - Portsmouth.  The exit ramp is dual laned and splits with 164 East as the left lane of two exiting lanes.  Stay on 164 East and exit on the Cedar Lane South Exit.  Stay on Cedar Lane South and Centenary will be on the Right in about one mile.
