Begun in 1989, we are staffed entirely by volunteers, and funded
by individual and group donations. It is a place where people feel
 comfortable. Round tables, each of them seating 8 people, give
diners a chance to share a meal with friends and new acquaintances.

The Homework Help Desk will be open during School months during the five evenings of the month that the Kitchen is over. This is a free service for low-income families, or for ANY child who needs some extra help in a relaxed, friendly environment.
