There are many games played there:

The Children's Story with Ms. Hope is one of the most popular times of the Worship Service:

The people of Cumberland are growing in their faith and understanding of what God wants us to be as a faith community. Perhaps something with your own faith journey is how you happened to be a visitor with us at this particular time. If we can be of any help to you, or if you would like to know more about our church, please call me.

Our "Seekers" Class Sunday School meets at 10 am on Sundays and has many individuals who are studying the foundations of their faith right now. Paul and Connie Wirt and Jace and Stephanie Stowe might be good people for you to get to know from that class. There are also two other adult Sunday School classes you might want to consider; the Stallsworth Sunday School Class, and the Autry-Phillips Class which include many members of our church who have been involved in the life of the church for a good while. Bob Reed and Janet Murphy from the Stallsworth Class and Martin Rasmussen from the Autry-Phillips Class would be happy to help you get acquainted with these classes.

We have many classes and activities for children such as Sunday School and Children's Choir, Scouts for girls and boys and many regular programs occurring at different times of the year. We celebrate the presence of children in the church and are happy to welcome new families. Our 5th

grade through 12th grade youth meet in junior and senior fellowship groups on Sunday evenings, and we offer a Confirmation Class for them in the spring. Bible Study and Mission projects are some of the ways we continue to grow in our faith at all age levels. We also look for ways that we might be of particular help to our visitors, so please let me know if you have a particular need or if you would just like to talk together sometime.

Yours In Christ,

Hope A. Vickers, Pastor
