Cuero First United Methodist Church
FLOOD RESPONSE: Summer of 1999

Responding to Jesus Christ's call to love one another, Cuero First United Methodist Church has opened its doors to volunteers who came to Cuero in order to help restore the dreams shattered by the flood of October 1998 which devestated Cuero. (For more information on the flood, please visit www.cuero.org/disaster).

Beginning in March, mission teams from as far north as Northwestern University came to Cuero to help restore the lives and the dreams of the people of Cuero. Many of these volunteer teams made Faith Fellowship Hall of Cuero United Methodist Church their home.
