The Board of Directors has established a Walk Schedule for 2013 which includes only eight Walks. As a result of this the Board has also eliminated the paid Administrator position and has shifted to a working Board to accomplish all the administrative tasks of the Conference on a voluntary basis. Over the remainder of 2012 various tasks will be shifted at various times. Notification of these changes will be posted on this website and e-mailed to all CTC Fourth Day Group Leaders and the CTC Prayer List.

The first shift in administrative tasks is Resource supply. Effective immediately, the Resource Committee, chaired by Sue Kalka, is responsible for all resource issues in the Central Texas Conference. Lisa McCulloch will be the contact person for all resource questions. Items to be donated (such as lanyards, agape items, etc.) should be mailed to Lisa. Requests for any supplies (Purple Worship Books, lanyards and crosses, Reunion Cards, etc.) from a Fourth Day Group or an individual should also be sent to Lisa. Lisa's contact information is: Lisa McCulloch, 3914 Blake Ashton Drive, Arlington, TX, 76001, 817-909-4870, lisa_mcculloch53@hotmail.com.

Team Database: Selection of Team Members for Walks is conducted by a Regional Team Selection Committee approximately six months prior to eachWalk start date. In order to be considered for Team service, an individual must have an active team application on file in the Team Database. The initial application must be a hard copy mailed to the Conference Administrator. Once an application is entered into the database, hard copies should not be submitted for updates or changes. Updates for team service are added by the Administrator from Team Rosters provided by the Board Representative for each Walk. Changes in information or addition of previous experience information is accomplished by e-mail from an e-mail link in the database. It is an important part of the team selection process to keep your team application updated in the database. Use this link and follow the instructions to access your record. Use the Send E-mail link in the system to send an e-mail to the Administrator if information needs to be changed or added to your record.
