We have several Sunday School classes for children and adults. These include:
For Adults: Adult Church School
EXPLORERS CLASS -- Taught by Jean Vore. This class meets in the Parlor, Room 2 from 9:45 am until 10:45 am every Sunday. The Explorer Sunday School Class is beginning to study the Book of Mark. Everyone is welcome! You can always count on a lively discussion in the Explorers Class.
YOUNG ADULT CLASS -- Taught by Mel and Myra Diffendaffer meets in the Chapel. The class is studying the second in a series titled: THAT THE WORLD MAY KNOW, with a subsection concerning the Prophets and Kings. An exciting video accompanies each lesson. Study books are available.
SEEKERS CLASS -- The Seekers Class will be studying the Book of Acts utilizing the International Lesson Series. Class is taught by Charles Keliher and meets in Morland Hall during church school time.
QUESTORS CLASS -- This class meets in Room 9 (Senior Daybreak Office). Currently, they are studying the BOOK OF MARK from the series: JOURNEY THROUGH THE BIBLE.
For Young Adults: Youth Church School
Youth classes are studying a video series on "Faith Lessons on the Life and Ministry of the Messiah".
MIDDLE SCHOOL: This class is taught by Janet Hamilton and meets in Room 11B.
HIGH SCHOOL: This class is taught by Matt Secor and Beth Hill and meets in 11A.
For Children: Children's Church School
The curriculum themes for Spring are "Blessed Is The One (Jesus)" and "The First Christians". The teachers and classrooms are as follows:
PRESCHOOL: This class is taught by Lisa Thiessen and Bill Kolpin and meets in Room 3.
KINDERGARTEN: This class is taught by Pam Kratzer and Judy Drake and meets in Room 4.
FIRST / SECOND GRADE: This class is taught by Alice Frary and Jill Fasken and meets in Room 5.
THIRD / FOURTH GRADE: This class is taught by Judy and Phil Livingston and Laura Plumlee and meets in Room 8.
FIFTH GRADE: This class is taught by Clarice Dodd and meets in Room 7.
CHILDREN'S CHURCH: This time is spent with Diana Kuykendall and meets after A TIME FOR CHILDREN during the 11:00 am service only in Morland Hall.
