Our MinisterTimothy Halloran has been with Cross Roads since June, 1992. He is a graduate of Talcott High School, West Virginia Tech, and Duke Divinity School. Tim has served churches at the Powellton-Deepwater, Williamsburg, Beckley and Roxboro, NC. Tim is married to Reva McPherson. They have two children, Hannah and Cameron. Cross Roads has grown and developed many fine programs and ministries during the past decade of his leadership Minister's AssistantCarl Dayhoff graduated from Marshall University with a BA in Music Education and received his MME at Midwestern University in Wichita Falls, Texas. An Ordained minister, he came to Cross Roads from Ft. Myers, Florida in July of 2000 and began serving in the Music ministry with his wife, Annabel. There was a need for a Staff Assistant in Ministry. Tim invited Carl to fill that need and developed the Assistantship as a future full-time position. Carl accepted the position in August, 2001. SecretaryMrs. Robert (Betty) Crouch came to Cross Roads in 1964 as a teacher in the Weekday Kindergarten. She began working as church secretary in 1965 in addition to teaching. Miss Betty, as she is known, has been a widow since 1984 and has two grown children with families of their own. She is very active in Pea Ridge Baptist Church and in the State and National levels of the American Baptist Churches USA. Minister of MusicAnnabel Dayhoff graduated from Marshall University School of Music with a BA in Music Education and taught Music in the Florida public schools for 25 years. Upon retirement from teaching she and Carl felt the need to return home to Huntington. She began her work as Minister of Music with Cross Roads in September of 2000. CustodianMrs. Betty Holley came to Cross Roads as a custodian in April of 2000 taking on the responsibilities of the church physical facility with enthusiasm. Betty enjoys children, so working with the staff of B.A.S.E. and being around young people is especially inspiring to her. "I love things to be clean, I like to decorate and I enjoy being around the church people." |
