Many of us live far away from our children and/or other members of our family and have for some time. They may not know what our favorite Bible verses or hymns are. They may not know the name of our doctor or lawyer. Some of us go home to the Lord sooner than we expect, not having the change to let our families know our wishes. For all these reasons, the "We Care" Committee has developed Funeral Preference forms to be kept on file at the church until the time of need. This is not a legally binding document, but is for informational purposes only. Of course, its use is entirely voluntary. It would be a great help to your family and would make it easier for survivors to accommodate your wishes during stressful times. Please call the church office (522-7434) and ask for the form for funeral preferences. Once you have completed the form, please return it to the church office. Changes to the form can be made at any time. |
