Director of Childcare Services

Pam DeMoss came to the B.A.S.E. program in January of 1990.  She has helped to create a Childcare program which now has thirty-two Infant-Toddlers, thirty-two 2-3 year-olds, and twenty-four 4 year-olds.  The After-School Program has grown to accommodate 115 children.  Pam has 3 children, Andrew, Patrick and Nathan.  Pam's diligent efforts are greatly appreciated and help to make this program a successful one.

Assistant Director of Childcare Services

Susan Ball came to B.A.S.E. as a Pre-School teacher in 1996.  She later accepted the title of Assistant Director.  She is also the head Pre-School Teacher for the 4 year-olds.  Susan received her certification in early childhood development from the Cabell County Career Center.  She is furthering her education in Early Child Development at Marshall University.
