Full and part-time enriched child care and preschool programs for infants to five year olds. Open from 6:30 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
We emphasize learning and growth experiences suited to each child at his/her stage of development. Along with the standard offerings of a good preschool curriculum, we stress learning to get along with one another, learning to cooperate.
Our classes are small and our child to teacher ratios are low. We serve warm lunches, breakfast and two snacks.
The Creative Curriculum for infants, toddlers and preschool children is our basis for social growth in a play-based environment. Units of discovery are offered to provide opportunities for social growth and practical life skills. The five senses are integrated to encourage development in cognitive learning, language development and multicultural experiences in music and art.
Little Friends is a registered ministry. Consistent with the teachings of all the major religions of the world, we emphasize simplicity, peace making, equality and community.
