It would be good if we could tell you just what that means but we are still working on it. We would be happy for you to join us and help make our mission clear.
Church of the Saviour was founded in 1961 on the northeast side of Indianapolis. The idea was that this church would be dedicated to making God's love believable and that meant going out into the community - to the prisons, Central State Hospital, helping youth at a storefront church downtown, bringing Habitat for Humanity to Indianapolis and other ministries. More recently we have focused on feeding the hungry.
