Many Thanks to all who put together and all who attended the Open House at CUMC on Sunday 5/31 in honor of my ordination.
Thanks also for the gift to my wife and I, as well.
Like every church, the relationship between pastor and congregation is a complicated dance. Like any pair of dancers you (congregation) and I do step on or trip over each other's feet every once in a while, but we also successfully partner to create something of beauty and grace. I look forward to our relationship growing and getting more interesting as time goes by.
