Sunday School

       Children’s Department

Preschool and Younger Elementary Children use Group Publishing's FaithWeaver Bible curriculum, which provides a overview of the Old Testament every three years (summer and fall quarters) and an overview of the New Testament every year (winter and spring quarters). Children using the FaithWeaver curriculum on Sunday mornings will find the same weekly Bible Point emphasized Children’s Worship.

Our Middle and Older Elementary classes use the United Methodist Exploring Faith: God's Word for God's Children curriculum through which children, over a four year period, explore every book in the Bible and come to know the Bible as The Book of God's Word; The Book of God's People; The Book of God's Teaching; and the Book of God's Love.

All children's classes meet in the Education Building.

Small Groups

While each small group is distinct due to the specific subject area upon which the group focuses, all small groups share the common characteristics of being centered on prayer and biblical reflection; mutual support of one another and the overall ministry of the church; a willingness to invite and welcome newcomers; and a desire to reach out to those in need.

UM Women

This organized unit is a community of women whose purpose is to know God and to experience freedom as whole persons through Jesus Christ; to develop a creative supportive fellowship, and to expand concepts of mission through participation in the global ministries of the church.

UM Men

This unit's purpose is to declare the centrality of Christ in every man's life.  Men's ministry leads to the spiritual growth of men and effective discipleship.  The purpose is served as men are called to model the servant leadership of Jesus Christ.
