A number of you have noted that you could not download
the pastor's appointment review form, so I am sending
this again.
This is due in the district office by December 1. We
have simplified the categories, so that there should be
no guess work as to hwo we will interpret this. The
middle category means, essentially, that you have no
compelling reason to either stay or to change your
appointment.
Let me know if there are still difficulties with the
download.
